The Way we charge
APALT offers a range of remuneration options for consideration. We provide written quotations for client approval prior to commencement on any project. Job numbers are raised on all projects for internal processes. Our costs/charges are derived through calculation of head hours.
When an outsourced quote is obtained on your behalf, we seek 3 quotes for client approval. These quotes are based on cost, quality and turnaround time.
Monthly invoices on quoted jobs being 30 days from month end.
We are also firm believers in planning budgets upfront on a 6 – 12 month period in advance to ensure that a transparent and approved way forward is agreed by all parties.
Having established a budget, this option allows clients to accurately forecast financial expenditure trends.
Alternative option is a project cost which can be broken down into an agreed retainer with a set number of agreed hours for a set fee per month.
If the job is only a few weeks, then we can provide a project cost.
